True progress will depend on alignment across the ecosystem. That means incentives that reward adoption, data infrastructure that supports interoperability and clinical workflows designed to integrate AI rather than treat it as an experiment on the side.
Across the day, there was genuine confidence that the UK can become the global home of AI-enabled healthcare, but only if innovation, regulation and clinical practice move in the same direction.
